Kingfisher France and Mr.Bricolage SA signed a purchase partnership agreement in Templemars and Orléans, on 24 May 2023.

Kingfisher France and Mr.Bricolage SA announced the signature of the purchase partnership agreement for which they had entered into exclusive negotiations on 21 March 2023. This cooperation agreement translates by the creation of a joint venture, Unio, which is currently being established in view of the annual trade negotiations this autumn.
Kingfisher France and Mr.Bricolage SA are both maintaining their own business policies. As per the applicable legislation, the two companies keep their independence and remain competitors. This purchase partnership aims to reinforce the links with common national and international suppliers, offer them new business opportunities and create added value. About Kingfisher France: Kingfisher, a European DIY and home improvement Group, is present in France through its Castorama and Brico Dépôt brands, with over 21,000 employees and 218 outlets.
