• To purchase bearer shares : contact your bank, which will explain how to open a securities account. If you already have a securities account, place your orders with your bank as usual.

• To purchase Mr.Bricolage shares and register them via a broker : contact your bank, which will explain how to open a securities account. If you already have a securities account, place your orders with your bank as usual and ask them to register them via a broker. Your bank is your main point of contact.

• To purchase Mr. Bricolage shares and register them directly in pure registered form : send a letter to Société Générale instructing them to purchase Mr. Bricolage shares (indicate the number of shares to be bought, the order duration, the execution conditions) with a cheque made out to Société Générale for 50% of the value of the shares that you want to purchase. This request must be signed and contain your contact details and be sent to :

The balance must be paid within 3 days following confirmation of the stock market transaction.

(ID must be provided and you will need to sign the securities account opening agreement for holding pure registered shares)

• To hold these shares (all or part) in administered registered form : send a request in writing to your bank which will carry out the registration procedures with Société Générale. Your bank is your main point of contact.

• To hold these shares (all or part) in pure registered form : send the form to your bank which will carry out the registration procedures with Société Générale. You will receive a complete securities account opening file and Société Générale will become your sole contact for managing your Mr.Bricolage shares.

Transfer transactions may give rise to transfer fees charged by your financial intermediary. Check with your usual bank branch.
