Mr.Bricolage has been listed on the stock exchange since 2000. First listed on Euronext Paris, the company's shares were moved to Euronext Growth Paris on 24 March 2020.
The consolidated scope is made up of Network Services (referencing center (including a logistics division), services and management of the Mr.Bricolage, Briconautes, Jardinautes and unbranded stores networks) and e-commerce.
The share capital (nominal at €3.20 per share) is €33,240,816. At the end of 2022, 36.36% of the capital was held by the public, 1.50% in treasury and 60.15% by reference shareholders, mainly members of Mr.Bricolage stores (SIMB, SIFI, SIFA, ANPF). Michel Tabur, who has been a shareholder since the merger of the two groups in 2002, still owns 1.98% of the shares.
