Progress of the project to simplify the Mr.Bricolage Group’s shareholder structure
As part of the simplification of its holding companies announced on September 10, the Mr.Bricolage Group has reached a new milestone.
The merger-absorption projects between the companies concerned were signed on October 29, 2025, and will be submitted for approval to the general and shareholders’ meetings on December 17, 2025.
