As part of the project to simplify its holding companies, Mr.Bricolage Shareholders General Meeting approved the merger by absorption of SIMB by Mr.Bricolage on December 17th, 2025. This step clarifies and streamlines Mr.Bricolage Group’s shareholding structure, with no impact on the operational management of projects.
