Fabio Rinaldi is the Chief Executive Officer and has extensive experience working with independent professionals. His background within specialized networks, his expertise in managing member relations, and his in-depth knowledge of the construction, DIY, and home improvement markets are major assets in supporting and accelerating the Group’s development.

Laetitia Pinault

Laetitia Pinault is the Director of International & Overseas and Group Human Resources Director. In a context where international represent a significant part of the Group's activity, Laetitia's objective is to continue the development of the Group outside France, marking the brand's desire to accelerate work in this area.

Richard Letourmy

Richard Letourmy is Director of Ecological Transition and General Secretary, in charge of legal affairs, risk prevention, climate issues, employee well-being in the workplace, and Corporate Communications. He leads the Stores CSR Steering Committee to support each point of sale in the essential transformation of its building, the evolution of its energy usage, and the reduction of its environmental impact.

Grégory Clipet

Grégory Clipet is the Administrative and Finance Director in charge of Digital Development and Information Systems. With solid experience in management control, acquired in particular within the Mr.Bricolage Group, he ensures that the financial balances of all the Group's entities are maintained and identifies with them the main levers for growth and development.

Cédric Blanc

Cédric Blanc is the Sales and Business Development Director. He is responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy, driving sales development for the Mr.Bricolage Group, and supporting the momentum driven by the strategic plan.

Guillaume Mautin

Guillaume Mautin is Director of Development and store projects, he leads the expansion of the store network as well as the enhancement of the existing portfolio.

Tom Koomans

Tom Koomans is the Director of Store Concept, Marketing and Network Performance. He leads the marketing strategy, coordinates the development and rollout of the store concept, and oversees the management and support of all the Group's stores.

Grégoire Mayaud

Grégoire Mayaud is the Supply Chain Director. He designs and implements the strategic roadmap to maximize the performance of the Group's logistics network, ensuring efficient support for all stores.
