Involving our communities to improve our knowledge of our customers: this is a key part of our 1Pacte strategic plan. To this end, we organised a meeting between our customers and our head office teams during an exclusive Brico-Testers Club day.

32 customers from all over France took part: Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, Landivisiau, Ambérieu-en-Bugey, Tours, Paris, Gentilly, Lorris, Langeais, Étables sur Mer…

During the day, they were able to discover our new ranges:

• Inventiv laminate flooring with Chris, who shared his installation tips,
• Solar panels with Justine, Pierre and our supplier Beem,
• Barbecues with Mylène and Quentin: the Brico-Testers gave their opinion on the future range of barbecues to be launched in 2025,
• The pellet barbecue and plancha with supplier Le Marquier,
• Inventiv thermal lawnmowers with Stéphane and Laurent,
• Inventiv high-pressure cleaners with Charlie,
• finally, they took part in a tutorial workshop with Lilian and Valentin from 2Boys1House to make a flower box.
