Management school: on the up

Mr Bricolage trains its future directors

Our training institute, IFOGECO, created the "Management school" to provide its sales teams with a means of obtaining internal promotion.
These training modules are intended to develop skills and encourage internal potential. Trainees alternate training time with periods in the company to put their new knowledge into practice. A dozen trainees from various backgrounds benefit from these modules each year.

What the participants say

Jean-François (Auch)

"I initially started training to improve my skills. I then gradually increased my professional experience. My aim is to become a store director. Things have speeded up, I was recently informed that I will be appointed store manager after completion of my training. I am taking events as they come under the supervision of my director, who will complete my training in the field before I gain my full independence.."

Alexandre (Pamiers)

"This training program is ideal to acquire good basic skills and subsequently take on responsibilities. After this training program, I will be ready to accept any openings the Company may offer me. I work in a dynamic group, which has a whole stack of projects up its sleeve, and, as my director would say "it takes many hands to build a world". I am confident about the future.."
